Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years of experience in the Strategy Consulting Industry.
• 4 years of experience in sales-related transformational projects including business strategy, requirements definition, or implementation.
• 4 years of experience in defining product strategies and enabling functional blueprints.
• 4 years of experience in designing customer experiences, measurement, and segmentation of customers or channel partners.
• 4 years of experience in analyzing client’s channels from strategy to implementation.
• 4 years of experience in analyzing sales/service operations to identify pain points across channels.
• 4 years of experience in advising clients on process, organizational, and technological changes to improve sales or service experiences and operations.
• 4 years of experience in implementing recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience in building business cases and calculating ROI for strategic initiatives.
• 4 years of experience in strategic programs involving team and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in the Corporate Strategy, Growth, or Operating Model group.
• Provide actionable insights to help organizations address priority C-suite issues with scalable strategies.
• Execute growth, profitability and sustainability interventions across SG&A and COGS lines.
• Shape organizational and IT strategies, visions, objectives, and roadmaps with people-first approaches.
• Identify ways to reduce tactical work and improve operational effectiveness through AI and other technologies.
• Support M&A due diligence by assessing synergies and documenting opportunities for long-term value.
