Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or related fields.
• 2+ years of market research, target screening, and business case development for acquisitions or strategic investments.
• 2+ years building financial models in Excel and delivering executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to travel 0-10% and limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and evaluate priority growth areas to shape acquisition priorities.
• Frame strategic questions and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Learn new markets and technologies and connect findings to business value and risk.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative market analyses to identify acquisition targets and pipeline.
• Screen targets aligned with Deloitte's growth priorities.
• Create executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and storyboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic rationale, investment theses, business cases, and financial models.
• Coordinate due diligence across finance, operations, commercial, technology, and HR.
• Plan post-close integration, including roadmap, synergy tracking, governance, and milestones.
• Stay curious across the M&A process and adapt to evolving priorities in an agile environment.
