Deloitte’s Business Strategy team seeks a Consultant to help clients address growth and transformation priorities. You will work with senior leaders to analyze market data, develop practical recommendations, and shape outcomes that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, or business transformation.
• 2+ years of experience developing growth, margin, or transformation strategies at corporate, business, or product level.
• Experience preparing business cases, pricing analyses, or financial analyses for decision-making.
• Ability to travel 50%, based on client and project needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market, financial, and operational information to synthesize strategic options and recommendations.
• Supporting client work focused on growth, value creation, margin improvement, and business transformation.
• Developing business cases, pricing analyses, and financial analyses and translating outputs into actionable insights.
• Designing business models, operating models, and capability plans aligned to client objectives.
• Supporting engagement planning, workstream coordination, deliverable development, and quality reviews.
• Organizing project work, creating clear presentations, and supporting client conversations.
