Job summary

Liberty Moving & Storage in Commack, NY, is seeking a full-time Business Development and Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. You will work directly with the Director of Sales to grow the business, build partnerships with real estate professionals, and coordinate outreach efforts across Long Island and surrounding areas.

You will contribute to marketing projects, assist with social media engagement, and help create promotional materials while tracking performance metrics to drive long-term

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and confidence networking in person.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain accountable.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, luxury residential communities, senior living partners, and relocation organizations across Long Island and surrounding areas.
• Support growth initiatives with the Director of Sales and identify new referral opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach efforts and nurture existing partnerships.
• Contribute to marketing projects, assist with social media engagement, and help create promotional materials.
• Support events, campaigns, and track key performance metrics to drive growth.
