Inteva Products, LLC in Troy, Michigan seeks a manufacturing layout professional to support Interiors pursuit and launch programs. You will analyze equipment and tool capacity, track floorspace, and draft AutoCad layouts for new business opportunities across Americas plants.

You will also contribute to PFEP studies, cost savings and site/workbook preparations. The role requires 5+ years in AutoCad plant layouts, strong analytical and Excel skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in creating Plant Layouts in AutoCad.
• 5+ years’ experience in creating, updating and modifying complex spreadsheets, workbooks, project plans, etc.
• Great communication skills - verbal and written.
• Travel is required up to 25% both domestically and internationally to support the business.
• Capable of creating MSD's, Labor Std Hours, labor balance charts, etc.
• Basic Lean Concepts

Responsabilités

• Support Interiors pursuit and launch programs through accurate analysis of equipment and tool capacity.
• Create/Track booked and pursuit floorspace requirements for new business across Americas plants.
• Prepare draft layout scenarios (AutoCad) for new business pursuits and lean workshop activities.
• Support ad-hoc studies and business case development for new programs and location make studies.
• Prepare initial PFEP studies to determine loop size, DOH, container counts and warehouse layouts on new program quotes.
• Coordinate packaging and logistics analysis and provide input on cost saving initiatives.
• Assist in site searches and site/workbook development for new opportunities.
