Qualifications

• 3+ years in a highly analytical and strategic role (investment banking, private equity, growth equity, consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development).
• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation and financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator, able to distill complex analysis into executive-ready narratives.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• Willingness to own projects and contribute to company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data- and research-driven strategic initiatives to shape Tonal's strategy.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities and investments.
• Synthesize research into insights to inform executive discussions and recommendations.
• Support partnerships processes end-to-end: sourcing, evaluation, and internal materials.
