Job summary

Graphora is seeking experienced private-capital and partnership leaders to build institutional relationships and support company growth. The role emphasizes strategic distribution, partnerships, and thoughtful introductions, with compensation arranged separately for each engagement.

Advisory engagements start with a light monthly commitment and may scale to more hours for board engagements. Work is primarily remote, with local meetings or hybrid participation arranged separately.

Qualifications

• Track record in venture capital or private equity.
• Experience evaluating businesses and forming partnerships.
• Strong network of institutional or strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on growth, market development, and opportunities within your specialty.
• Share industry insight and help evaluate companies, markets, and technologies.
• Support founders with advice on market entry, product positioning and customer needs.
• Identify and introduce relevant decision-makers and partnerships through Graphora’s process.
• Participate in advisory discussions, founder conversations, events, and regional initiatives as agreed.
