Job summary

Padagis is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to coordinate Naloxone Commercial Operations and drive growth initiatives. You will partner with commercial leadership, operations, finance, IT, and logistics to track timelines, risks, and key KPIs while improving processes and alignment across teams.

The role requires 5+ years of project management or operations support in a regulated environment, with strong data skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiarity with PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, supply chain or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales administration or operations support
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong execution
• Experience building project trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels, including international teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and initiating initiatives without an owner
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; basic PowerBI or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Naloxone Commercial Operations & Process Support across cross-functional teams
• Support project management for early-stage growth opportunities and ensure timelines and deliverables are defined
• Maintain a centralized tracker of annual initiatives, TIP objectives and key projects, including status and risks
• Develop a simple project dashboard and support updates to Operations-owned reports using PowerBI
