Job summary

Familylinks seeks a Director of Strategy and Business Operations to lead strategic planning, coordinate with external consultants, and align organizational goals across departments. The role maintains the calendar of internal events, initiatives, and communications to support efficiency and cost reduction.

You will oversee strategic projects, partnerships, and shared services, and develop systems to analyze program performance. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or a human services discipline; experience in a complex organization with multiple service lines.
• 5–10 years of progressively relevant administrative leadership experience where program design, management and implementation were a primary responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree with strong experience will be considered.
• Strong computer proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and project management processes.
• Ability to build relationships and explore business opportunities beyond Familylinks' footprint.
• Must possess working knowledge of funding sources in DHS, workforce, health care and related services.
• Must understand regulatory requirements and apply them to program design and funding; strong organizational skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic planning with external consultants and the Executive Team.
• Oversee strategic projects, program expansion, and shared services implementations.
• Develop templates and systems to analyze program performance.
• Maintain the calendar of internal events, initiatives, and communications.
• Lead communication standards for the strategic plan and cascade goals across staff.
• Serve as PM for partnership projects and due diligence during evaluations.
• Support lean management and evaluate partner processes against Familylinks standards.
• Drive program evaluation, readiness for expansion/ contraction, and KPI assignment.
