Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities within its Commercial organization. Roles may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX and involve driving multi-channel demand and market intelligence.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and US work authorization. Relocation is not offered; travel may be required as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian senior rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of market dynamics, pricing and formulation value to support margin growth.
• Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize portfolio projects and pursue broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends.
