Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. These positions may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

We drive effective deployment across channels, enablement tools, and close collaboration with marketing teams to translate segment strategy into actionable plans, supporting growth and margin objectives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand.
• Provide enablement and support tools to boost channel effectiveness and growth.
• Collaborate with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate strategy into plans.
• Develop understanding of market dynamics to support margin expansion.
