• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformations in technology-driven environments.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive insights through analysis.
• Financial modeling and analytics (unit economics, forecasting, scenario analysis).
• Experience or interest in aerospace, defense, AI, or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation and governance processes.
• Translate strategic priorities into cross-functional execution plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Oversee integration of acquisitions, strategic investments, and inorganic growth initiatives.
• Establish cadence with monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
