Shield AI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Director to define enterprise strategy and ensure execution across aircraft systems, AI software, and international growth. You’ll apply structured problem-solving, financial rigor, and discipline to turn priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will work with the Strategy & Operations team to drive strategic planning, participate in capital allocation decisions, and implement governance processes while partnering with senior leaders to sustain
