Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in corporate development, business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration is a plus.
• Welcomed candidates with 2 years banking/consulting and 2 years private equity operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and management to implement corporate strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new business ventures and partnerships.
• Lead M&A opportunity identification, analysis, and execution.
• Develop and track KPIs to assess performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
