Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills with proficient knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for diligence sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) from target companies.
• Act as the day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes.
• Assist in developing and tracking post-close integration plans.
