Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
Advanced Excel skills and ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build financial models for evaluating M&A, venture investments, and strategic growth opportunities.
Assess financial and operational impact including synergies and capital needs.
Research industries, markets, companies, and competitors to identify opportunities.
Contribute to transaction process from evaluation through closing and tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors for due diligence and analysis.
Prepare executive-ready investment memoranda and presentations for leadership.
