Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12+ years of rural infrastructure leadership or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Significant senior leadership in mission-driven organizations and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Directors and hubs to maximize community impact.
• Drive organizational strategy with measurable performance indicators.
• Lead diversified fundraising and partnerships to sustain programs.
• Develop opportunities with funders, government, and strategic partners.
• Represent Communities Unlimited in networks and policy discussions.
• Support executive decisions on strategy, risk, and growth.
