Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Operations.
• 10+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or agency operations.
• Experience leading operational functions and building capacity plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Services and Project Management function and establish standards.
• Own resource allocation and capacity planning across The Agency.
• Oversee agency and freelance relationships, budgets, and vendor management.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Provide visibility into workload and operational health through dashboards.
