Job summary

Lumen seeks a Strategy Senior Manager within the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team to drive strategic initiatives. You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans that support growth and competitive advantage.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to refine the strategic vision, build robust models, and present business cases to executives, guiding the company’s AI‑ready connectivity strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making; distill into business recommendations.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving.
• Manage complex projects and drive results with ownership.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
