The Strategy Senior Manager role sits within the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy. You will shape strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and partner with senior leadership to drive growth and competitive advantage at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making; distill into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and drive results with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Conduct in-depth market research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the strategic vision and goals; present models and business cases.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze performance and market trends; develop detailed strategic plans with revenue and adoption targets.
• Prepare and present complex models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor execution and implement performance metrics across initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
