Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and business plans for Velocity Black within Capital One
• Lead a team of analysts and mentor associates across the org
• Partner with product, operations, marketing and finance to drive pricing, go-to-market and profitability strategies
• Own P&L and execution of multi-quarter initiatives across channels and partnerships
