Job summary

The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage North San Antonio is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in business development or related fields and a solid understanding of cabinetry and home storage industries. This on-site role offers paid training, commission plans, and a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management in cabinetry, construction, or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry products, design concepts, and home improvement industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, prospecting, and targeting residential and commercial markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients; be main contact for inquiries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets and KPIs.
