Job summary

The Tailored Closet and Premier Garage of Greater Corpus Christi is seeking a full-time Lead Installer with a background in trim or finish carpentry and cabinetry. You will lead the installation of closets, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in local homes, with some garage floor prep and epoxy painting in the Coastal Bend area.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience, and must have a valid driver's license and the ability to

Qualifications

2 years leadership experience (preferred).
2 years finish carpentry or cabinet installation experience.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install closets, cabinets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients' homes.
Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, setting clear expectations.
Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations.
Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing.
Work closely with and supervise team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
