Job summary

The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage North San Antonio is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our custom storage solutions business. You will prospect, win new clients, and nurture relationships across residential and commercial markets.

You will develop sales strategies, present our products, and drive targets with a results‑driven approach. A background in cabinetry or interior design helps, and a flexible, commission‑based incentive plan rewards success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in cabinetry/construction/interior design.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry products, design concepts, and home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify new opportunities with homebuilders, remodelers, designers, contractors, and architects.
• Client Relationship Management: build and nurture relationships, ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: develop and execute strategies to meet targets and KPIs; present products and services to clients.
