Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to partner with executive leadership, shape enterprise strategy, and drive a focused set of high-priority initiatives across functions. This on-site role emphasizes rigorous analytics, market opportunities, and portfolio optimization to guide strategic decisions.

The position requires MBA plus 5+ years in corporate strategy or related analytical roles, with strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited program (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of combined pre- and post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategic finance, business operations, or a similarly analytical strategy role.
• Track record of leading enterprise strategy, market or portfolio strategy, long-range planning, or other high-priority strategic initiatives from analysis through executive decision and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate market, customer, competitive, operational, and financial inputs into a coherent point of view and actionable recommendation.
• Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare technology, or another complex regulated industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with executive teams on strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, or major cross-functional initiatives is a strong plus.
• Comfort leading workstreams and contributing directly in meetings with executive leadership and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy, long-range planning, and portfolio priorities with cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluate new markets, products, and adjacencies and make clear recommendations.
• Develop strategy narratives and board materials to enable executive decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and presentation creation.
