Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least seven years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and performance of the Business Development team, including ongoing feedback and annual evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for new business, client growth and cross-selling; present proposals to leaders.
• Oversee lateral partner integration programs with plans, progress tracking and reports.
• Oversee RFP management for the designated practice area and approve materials.
• Manage the Employment Practice Group BD budget and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop and monitor BD goals and plans.
• Oversee execution of client and group events and review collateral.
