Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic, analytic position.
• Demonstrated skills in strategy development, strategic planning and/or business development.
• Strong experience with Excel tools and functions (Pivot Tables, vLookup, etc.).
• Experience with SQL or a dashboarding tool (Tableau or PowerBI) a plus.
• Highly developed leadership facilitation, communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous information and translate into high-quality analyses to support enterprise wide decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an individual contributor to diverse teams that are tasked with developing and assessing new insights and ideas that will drive forward our strategy.
• Conduct high-quality analysis to drive strategic decisions, including the use of both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured questions to drive hypothesis generation, issue structuring, and insight synthesis.
• Support execution of the enterprise strategic plan, monitor progress toward strategic goals, and enable communication across the organization.
• Create executive-ready presentation materials that translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives.
• Support the development of market position and competitor analyses, and other research as needed.
• Research and remain current on existing and evolving evidence-based strategic management methodology to ensure continuous improvement in the outcomes of the team.
