Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Development Consultant in Florida to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful rollout of new products, services, and processes.

You will bridge business development with sales, product, and operations to manage delivery and field adoption across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, 7+ years in related roles, strong cross-functional leadership, and travel about half the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• 7+ years in business development, project management, sales management or implementation in financial services.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team.
• Travel required approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders with cross-functional teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure adoption of new technology and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable successful implementation.
