RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth in the Texas/Oklahoma market by selling Audit, Tax, and Consulting services to new clients in the Business Services/Professional Services sectors. The role focuses on attracting firms in advertising, engineering, law, accounting, and related industries while leading growth across Audit, Tax, and Consulting lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience selling professional services to large corporations.
• Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple decision makers.
• Strong COI network in middle market BPS segments.
• Experience with CRM tools for reporting and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify opportunities not yet served by the firm.
• Execute the sales plan and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Build and maintain sales pipelines and forecasts; close deals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Support partners and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
