Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth in the Texas/Oklahoma market by selling Audit, Tax and Consulting services to new clients in the Business Services sector. The role focuses on marketing and advertising firms, environmental and facility services, workforce solutions, architecture/engineering, law, accounting and consulting firms across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience selling professional services to large corporations.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-person sales processes (C-suite).
• Strong COI network in financial services, legal and professional services.
• Experience leveraging CRM tools for reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new opportunities not yet served by the firm.
• Execute the sales plan and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Close deals with C-suite executives and finalize agreements.
• Collaborate with industry and marketing teams on go-to-market plans.
• Engage Centers of Influence to drive opportunities.
• Travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
