RK Electrical, a division of RK Industries, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical markets from Aurora, CO. You will expand the customer portfolio, form high-value partnerships, and position RK Electrical as a preferred partner for complex projects.

You will lead opportunities from prospecting to contract award, shaping market strategy with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive business development or related leadership experience.
• Experience securing major construction projects and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in construction industry.

Mansioni

• Drive strategic growth: develop and execute business development strategies to expand revenue, market share, and customer relationships in electrical construction and infrastructure markets.
• Build influential partnerships with general contractors, developers, project owners, EPC firms, and key decision-makers to secure long-term opportunities.
• Own the opportunity pipeline: identify, qualify, and advance high-value projects from early engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Shape the market strategy by leveraging industry trends and emerging opportunities to identify new markets and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and leadership to develop competitive proposals and deliver integrated solutions.
