RK Industries is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical in Denver, CO to lead complex electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will own project planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships with an experienced team on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in electrical project management on industrial, commercial, or mission-critical construction.
• Demonstrates creativity and mature judgment for complex challenges.
• Ability to define objectives, organize programs and develop standards for diverse activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project operations, staff coordination, and field execution on assigned projects.
• Manage administration, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout to protect interests.
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing, and monthly valuations.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, payments, progress billings, and retention receivables.
• Ensure proper staffing and monitor labor loading, productivity, tools, and equipment usage.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day project operations, staff coordination, and field execution across assigned projects
• Manage project administration, documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout requirements to protect RK and client interests
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing schedules, and monthly contract valuations
• Negotiate and process subcontract agreements, change conditions, change orders, payments, progress billings, and retention receivables
• Ensure projects are properly staffed and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, tools, and rental equipment usage

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in electrical project management, preferably with experience over large-scale industrial, commercial and mission-critical construction.
• High degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities
• Ability to determine program objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
