Job summary

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sales, marketing, and customer service across the Greenville area facility.

You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, cultivate referral partnerships, work with executive leadership on growth opportunities, and help advance program initiatives. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a results-driven approach to expand access to behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three to five years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service within Marketing Department.
• Achieve utilization of continuum of care through marketing principles.
• Engage with CEO/CFO and referral sources; build a personal book of business.
• Design target markets for account managers and assign territories.
• Maintain knowledge of target markets and status of referrals.
