Position Overview:

As the Director, Strategic Growth, you will be responsible fordesigning and executing multiple growth strategies within your assigned segments.You willleverage data and market insights to inform your strategies, utilize cross-functional influence to ensure their adoption and execution.You will be an integral member of the senior leadership team (SLT) for your aligned segments and serve as their trusted thought partner to align priorities, strategies, and tactics, to business outcomes for Worldpay and its software partners.

You are known for your deep strategic thinking and ability to connect insights, but you thrive in rolling up your sleeves and executing upon these strategies yourself.

A successful candidate will be a growth-minded, analytical, and innovative individual that has a demonstrated track record of identifying growth levers and an excitement to drive their execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain, alongside a set of cross-functional peers and executives, a comprehensive growth strategy for software partnerships across segments and their inherent partner verticals.

  • Define and continuously refine partner growth and retention strategies, value propositions, and solution positioning for embedded and integrated payments.

  • Partner with revenueleadership to build scalablepartner enablement and growth strategies and programs

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across our Segment Leadership Team operating model, with revenue, product, marketing, operations, and engineering to streamline the partner lifecycle, accelerate time-to-value, and allocate resources to the highest-growth tactics for software platforms and their end customers/merchants.

  • Develop and execute growth strategy and execution playbooks

  • Analyze competitive positioning, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions as part of our annual long-term planning cycle.

  • Establish key metrics to track the efficacy of your strategies and regularly present performance insights to executive stakeholders.

  • Own ad-hoc strategic projects, requests and/or analyses, as needed, e.g., helping the team determineviable options and assess best solutions

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the payments industry and our competitive landscape to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, payments, fintech, or GTM strategy roles-preferably with experience in platform, channel, or partner-led distribution.

  • Understanding of the software partnership ecosystem and embedded payments landscape.

  • Demonstrated history of owning the execution of business strategies (GTM, etc)

  • Ability to identify and mitigate executional risk

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executives.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or platform business models.

  • Experience with SaaS B2B GTM strategy and execution

  • Background in payment facilitation, acquiring, or embedded finance.

  • Management consulting experience a plus.

The pay range for this full-time position is $157,800.00 - $265,100.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
