Qualifications

• Proven track record of 10+ years in corporate strategy or 5+ years in management consulting.
• Experience in a matrixed organization preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of corporate strategic plans aligned with goals and market trends.
• Partner with Economic Research for market analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and investment avenues.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; provide updates to executive leadership.
• Foster organizational alignment by cascading strategic objectives across departments.
• Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments; develop contingency plans.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders in strategic discussions and events.
