Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Kirkland, WA, seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy to drive inorganic growth and strategic initiatives. You will lead acquisitions, investments, and partnerships, building robust financial models and executive-level analyses to support decision-making.

You will report to HQ Leadership and collaborate across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to shape Ziply Fiber’s fiber-first expansion strategy and create lasting value.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in corporate development or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Telecommunications or infrastructure industry experience.
• Experience supporting post-transaction integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence and financial modeling to support deals.
• Develop executive-level materials and board-ready presentations.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and establish disciplined operating cadence.
