Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how a financial advisory practice functions.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% and work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch and market leaders to drive profitability and growth.
• Translate product offerings into resources and services for recruits.
• Close and transition recruits and NextGen advisors into Baird.
• Collaborate with Wealth Center and FA teams to develop strategies.
• Develop relationships across home office departments and partners.
• Deliver proactive solutions that improve client outcomes and revenue.
