Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/related field required
- 3–7 years of strategy consulting or related experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with market, competitive, operational or financial analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Experience building executive presentations, dashboards and business cases
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, market conditions and data
- Conduct business analysis to identify risks, opportunities and improvements
- Support strategic planning with leadership to align plans with goals
- Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive research
- Improve operations by assessing processes, increasing productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Build business cases, financial analyses and presentations for initiatives
- Manage strategic projects from planning through implementation
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership
- Conduct competitive research on industry trends and technologies
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to execute initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards
- Identify and mitigate risks and support change initiatives
- Measure outcomes and adjust strategies based on data
