Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to guide strategic execution and value creation for a rapidly growing private equity-backed essential services platform in the United States.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, acquisitions, and capital structure management, building the financial infrastructure to sustain significant growth and performance across markets.

Qualifications

• CFO-level leadership in multi-site, acquisitive organizations.
• Experience in private equity-backed platforms.
• Proven ability to scale businesses and drive integration.
• Deep knowledge of capital structures, debt financing, and PE environments.
• Executive presence with Board and investor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and leadership to execute growth strategy.
• Lead financial diligence for acquisitions and integration programs.
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and external advisors.
• Develop and enhance FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI visibility.
• Build scalable finance systems and foster a high-performing team.
