Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, math or modeling.
• 5+ years in related strategy/business development roles.
• Experience building, executing and monitoring business strategies and initiatives.
• Proficiency with BI tools, market research methodologies, and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, competitors, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead development of multi-year strategic plans, growth roadmaps and priorities.
• Create quantitative and qualitative business cases for new initiatives, investments and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, finance, operations, R&D and regional teams to align strategy and drive execution.
• Prepare board-level presentations and support decision-making with scenario modeling.
