Job summary

The role requires a master’s in public health or social work, 8+ years in senior leadership, and deep Missouri health policy expertise; vaccination requirements may apply, with travel to affiliates as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or Social Work.
• A minimum of 8 years of senior-level leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Missouri health and policy landscape.
• Experience in upper-level management in a not-for-profit organization.
• Strategic planning experience and maintaining a strategic plan over time.
• Project management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a conduit, advisor, and project lead to the CEO and senior team on major strategic projects.
• Advise and support leadership in organizational change to engage employees at all levels.
• Partner with the CEO to engage the Board on strategic issues and priorities.
• Lead planning processes with the Senior Team to align with the strategic plan and budgets.
