Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver high-quality insights that drive smarter decisions and improve operations across venues. You will partner with operations leaders and clients to understand performance, identify challenges, and propose data-driven solutions that enhance guest experience and revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong quantitative and storytelling skills, with extensive experience in analytics tools, BI development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or Finance or another scientific discipline is required
• Minimum of 3–5 years in an analytical role preferred
• Advanced analytical ability and spreadsheet modeling skills are required
• Moderate experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
• Familiarity with AI in business context and curiosity about emerging AI technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to interface with multiple management levels
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience developing BI tools (Power BI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with Aramark clients and stakeholders to define analytical needs and performance review requirements
• Build relationships with clients as a reliable analytical resource for strategic planning
• Present data insights to senior management and clients with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations
• Research hospitality trends across premium, suites, and concessions to inform pricing and strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve operations with data-driven action plans
• Analyze performance data from labor tracking, POS, and inventory systems to identify optimization opportunities
• Design compelling data visualizations and reports for stakeholders and clients
• Lead development of key performance reporting for internal teams and clients
• Generate ad-hoc analyses to measure short-term strategy outcomes and guide next steps
• Stay informed on AI tools and industry best practices to meet business goals
