Job summary

You will collect, review, and analyze data to evaluate opportunities, including de novos, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, with a focus on healthcare services and hospital networks. The role features a hybrid in‑office schedule with flexible remote days and regular collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years in M&A finance or corporate development.
• Due diligence experience; CPA is a plus; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement concepts; strong communication skills.
• Domestic travel varies with deal flow and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research and analytics to prospect targets using various tools.
• Model, analyze, and value potential transactions with different structures.
• Evaluate payor mix, rates, reimbursements, volumes and costs for deals.
• Develop forecasts with operating teams and quantify synergies.
• Create PowerPoint decks for deal presentations; draft summaries for leadership.
• Conduct financial due diligence and assist in evaluating deal merits.
• Support LOIs/RFPs; assist in negotiations and closing checklists.
• Coordinate with intermediaries to manage confidentiality and responses.
• Work with UHS divisions to ensure smooth post‑close transition.
