Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. As a Corporate Strategy analyst, you will provide analytical support to frame complex issues, build financial models, and develop materials to refine where to play and how to win.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to execute the overall Paychex strategy, gain exposure to all parts of the business, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management or strategy.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought partnership to Senior Executives on business-critical topics.
• Analyze business performance daily to identify issues and opportunities.
• Support scoping, sizing, and feasibility of new strategic initiatives with business cases.
• Monitor industry trends; analyze third-party market data for intelligence.
• Develop financial models to aid decision-making.
• Perform deep-dive analytics on strategy to assess opportunities and contingencies.
• Create slides and decks to communicate frameworks and recommendations.
• Establish and optimize data extraction and reporting processes.
