Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Associate Corporate Strategy to deliver high-impact work supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

You’ll work with senior leadership, develop data-driven recommendations, and act as an internal consultant across functional teams to inform operational, financial, and transformation decisions. The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in strategy-related roles, with a strong background in financial modeling and Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Investment Banking
• Experience in capital-intensive, consumer-facing industries is highly desirable
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to synthesize large data sets

Responsibilities

• Create presentation-ready deliverables and executive summaries that distill analysis into actionable insights
• Support strategic initiatives across the enterprise for Senior Leadership and the Board
• Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate strategies, operations, or investments
• Partner with functional teams to understand drivers and support decision-making
• Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable strategic solutions
• Identify future growth opportunities and capabilities to operationalize value
• Assess financial impact of efficiency, cost optimization, or revenue initiatives
• Research industry benchmarks and internal trends to support planning
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
