Job summary

The Business Analyst at TMRW Sports Inc will identify and evaluate growth opportunities across our businesses, building financial models and strategic recommendations to inform investment and expansion decisions.

Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Business Operations, you will transform early-stage ideas into actionable business cases, partner with executives, and communicate findings with clarity to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategic planning, consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling skills to build business cases from limited information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Experience in forecasts, ROI analyses, and scenario planning models.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to synthesize large data into concise insights and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through analysis and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and ventures to grow TMRW Sports businesses
• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for viability and profitability
• Turn early-stage ideas into structured business cases and actionable recommendations
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to spot trends
• Break down complex challenges into clear analyses for executive decision-making
• Develop quantitative and qualitative business plans with opportunity size and outcomes
• Assess partnership and M&A opportunities through financial and strategic evaluation
• Create executive presentations to communicate findings and implications
• Link proposed initiatives to broader company objectives and long-term value
• Engage stakeholders to validate assumptions and support early-stage execution
