Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking a Business Analyst to drive growth by identifying revenue opportunities, evaluating partnerships, and building robust financial models. You will transform ideas into actionable business cases and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Business Operations, you will support multiple leaders across the company, turning ambiguity into clear, data-driven plans that inform investment and expansion decisions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced financial modeling skills to build business cases from limited information.

Responsibilities

  • Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess viability, profitability, and risk.
  • Transform early-stage concepts into structured business cases and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and industry assessments to identify trends and whitespace.
  • Structure complex challenges into clear analyses to support executive decisions.

  • Assess partnerships, investment, and M&A opportunities through financial and strategic evaluation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business strategic planning, consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience developing forecasts, ROI analyses, scenario planning models, and growth projections
