Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/real estate or related field is required.
- 3–5 years of financial analysis, real estate analytics, or BI experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide underwriting and financial analysis for prospective management opportunities.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify operational improvements for proposals.
- Prepare business development presentations, case studies, and financial exhibits.
- Conduct due diligence and market analyses for potential clients.
- Develop financial comparisons showing NOI/asset value improvements.
- Research ownership groups, investors, and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
