Job summary

The Category Manager – Ground Operations Services & Equipment at Allegiant Air leads strategic procurement across ground handling, passenger wheelchair services, aircraft deicing, on-call maintenance, aircraft cleaning and GSE. You own the full lifecycle from strategy to contract negotiation, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in procurement, contract negotiations, and/or ground operations in aviation or transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle for ground operations categories from strategy to contract negotiation.
• Drive supplier performance management and cost optimization.
• Ensure safety, service quality, and timely availability of services and equipment at all stations.
