Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 3 in Los Angeles to guide grid operations projects, drive data-driven decision making, and align initiatives with strategic business goals. You will work with cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and lead change initiatives to modernize control centers.

Responsibilities include defining project scopes, refining PM processes, and developing analytics-driven solutions across EMS, GMS, SCADA, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education accepted.
• Experience in grid operations, control center modernization, or related domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project execution and objective alignment.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and foster consensus.
• Refine project management processes with best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions for commercial estimates.
• Identify staffing needs and set performance objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and training roadmaps.
